Nicole (Gebadlo) Wilson is a masters level  Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has extensive experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities in their homes, schools, and other community settings. 

Upon moving back home to the Pittsburgh area, it was difficult to find a company that employed a behavior analyst who not only designed programs but also provided direct one on one instruction.  Nicole's love of children and behavior analysis motivated her to begin a practice that would allow her to be wholly involved in every part of treatment to ensure the success of each child. 

Nicole most recently worked for two years at the Sonya Ansari Center for Autism at Logan in South Bend, Indiana as a full time behavior consultant and served nearly 100 families.  She also had the opportunity to assist in supervising students from the University of Notre Dame enrolled in an autism course, who were placed with families running ABA programs with their children.   

Prior to working at the Autism Center, she completed a practicum of 1000 hours at Julia Molloy Education Center and Blue Cap School in Chicago, Illinois while earning a Masters in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. 

Nicole also earned a BA in Psychology from Saint Vincent College in Latrobe, Pennsylvania.  During this time, she gained valuable experience through various internships, but it was at the John Merck Summer Program at Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic in Pittsburgh that she learned about the field of ABA.
